&lt;p&gt;1c oat flour&lt;br/&gt;
Pinch of salt&lt;br/&gt;
1/2 tsp baking powder&lt;br/&gt;
1c natural applesauce&lt;br/&gt;
1/2c water&lt;br/&gt;
2 scoops vanilla whey&lt;br/&gt;
1 packet of true lemon&lt;br/&gt;
1tsp lemon extract&lt;br/&gt;
1 cup raspberries &lt;br/&gt;
1/2 juice of lemon&lt;br/&gt;
1/2c lemon rind&lt;/p&gt;4 egg whites


&lt;p&gt;Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl, then mix all dry together. Then combine the 2 and mix well. I could barely lift anything, I was tired, sore, and frustrated. As I am getting better at this oly lifting thing I need to be better about rest. As of right now my schedule looks like this&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Monday-lifting/HITT 90mins&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tuesday-yoga  or rest&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Wednesday-Lifting/HITT 90mins&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Thursday-active rest&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Friday-Lifting HITT/90mins&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Saturday-4-5mile run&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sunday-yoga and a short run&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I hate rest days, but in order to be the best i can be I need to rest. &lt;/p&gt;
