I may of just drank the crossfit koolaid. When there is no other place to Oly lift I have succumbed to the inevitable world of crossfit. 

Robins Lemon raspberry protein bars

1c oat flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1c natural applesauce
1/2c water
2 scoops vanilla whey
1 packet of true lemon
1tsp lemon extract
1 cup raspberries 
1/2 juice of lemon
1/2c lemon rind4 egg whites


Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl, then mix all dry together. Then combine the 2 and mix well. Pour in non stick pan and Bake at 400 for 32 mins.

no more calorie counting

day 2 of not calorie counting. I’ve counted calories for as long as I can remember and with all the apps I have gotten all too “obsessed”. So as of June 1 I am done counting. I need learn to eat when hungry instead of eating when planned. so far so good!!!! I am a healthy eater so this should not be hard, but im so worried my macro ratios with be drastically off. Only time can tell. I CAN DO THIS!
